PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT, ACCESSING, BROWSING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING THE ZEUS PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY ADDITIONAL TERMS OR FUTURE MODIFICATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "TERMS").

If you are not eligible, or do not agree to all of the Terms, then please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and located in the United States or Puerto Rico to use the Services.

By agreeing to the Terms, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least eighteen (18) years old;
You are using the Services only while located in the United States or Puerto Rico;
You have not previously been suspended, removed, or deactivated from the Services;
Your registration and use of the Services comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If using the Services on behalf of a Subscribing Organization, you must have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Account Creation

You must register for an account to access most features of the Services. You agree to: provide accurate registration information; maintain accuracy of that information; keep your account credentials confidential; use multi-factor authentication methods when available.

Limitations on Accounts

You may not create more than one account. Abuse of account associations is a violation of these Terms.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity on your account and must immediately notify Zeus of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account or register on behalf of another person.

Account Ownership

Your account remains the property of Zeus. You do not gain any ownership rights.

Linking Your Advertising Accounts

To use Zeus diagnostic features, you must link eligible advertising accounts from supported platforms (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and others). By linking your accounts, you authorize Zeus to access your advertising data for the purpose of running diagnostics, audits, and competitive analysis. You may disconnect your linked accounts at any time.

3. Electronic Communications

Communication Consent

By using the Services, you consent to receiving electronic communications, including email and SMS.

Communication Revocation

You can opt out of emails via unsubscribe links, or texts via STOP. Standard message rates may apply.

4. Access to the Service

Access and Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or business use related to advertising management across supported platforms.

Modification

Zeus may change or suspend the Services at any time without liability.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

Zeus owns all rights to the Services. You are granted no ownership or license except as stated.

Trademarks

Zeus's branding may not be used without permission.

Feedback

Feedback you provide may be used by Zeus without restriction.

DMCA Notification

6. Third-Party Services

Zeus is not responsible for third-party content, links, or services. Use them at your own risk. Zeus may receive commissions from third-party links.

7. Content

You are responsible for all content you post. Zeus may remove content or terminate accounts at its discretion.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including submitting false data, impersonating others, or attempting to disrupt operations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Zeus from claims related to your use of the Services or violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is." Zeus disclaims all warranties and is not responsible for damages or data loss.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zeus's liability is limited to $100 or what you paid in the last month, whichever is greater. No liability for indirect damages.

12. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. Either party may terminate at any time.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration. You may opt out within 30 days of first using the Services.

14. General Provisions

Changes

Terms may change. Continued use signifies acceptance.

You agree to electronic communications.

Force Majeure

Zeus is not liable for force majeure events.
